This poster was intended to give the players more information. There never are coincidences when it comes to writing EOE scenarios. The players need to take note of today's date on the newspaper article (see other handout) and realise the significance of the date i.e. 300 year anniversary of the gunpowder plot and then start looking for the baddies. It's not rocket science you know. Of course in this case that was exactly what it was!
