The 'Dark Continent' offers many possibilities for End Of Empire campaigns. There are games that can be played in the North on the Mediterranean coast and the Arab states such as Egypt. Then there are also the games that can be set in the Heart of Darkness, in the interior yet to be discovered by 'civilised' men.
