Splat! (Sorry about the focus)

As in all three cab chases, a small child managed to run into the street into the path of a charging cab and in this case the cab driver was unable to avoid him. The small boy was run down by the cab and his balloons floated up into the air above the Thames in a heart breaking cinematic moment. Cue the violins.
